I personally would recommend making a reservation- but itβs not strictly necessary, you might just have to wait. The food was lovely, the service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere warm but also lively. Our favourites were the gazpacho, rich but simultaneously refreshing- and the seared tuna, which came with a soy sauce and an Asian-y mayo which were both delicious. The fish itself though was so flavourful and fresh. All priced very reasonably aswell- drinks + food for 3 came out to β¬60. Yum. Note- itβs Cash only, but thereβs an ATM just next door.

Wonderful evening of delicious food, sat outside on the street people watching. Met a lovely couple next to us, lovely wine, service was friendly and professional. Food consisted of pork cheek which was very soft and tasty, prawns, salad, pedrons and octopus, not our usual tapa sizes we used to but otherwise delicious, only criticism was the crème brûlée let me down by being too runny and not very set.
Great little restaurant serving food tapas style. The food was well prepared and delicious. The pork cheeks were super tasty and very well cooked. The octopus was super tender. I could do without the snarky remarks from the server. I don't want to order a drink, I don't need to be shamed for it!
My favourite place to eat in Tavira! Absolutely delicious tapas and wine - I would have visited again if I had found this place earlier in my trip. The staff were great and it was a lovely relaxed afternoon outside (just ignore the view of parked cars in the day). Highly recommended!
Great food, don't miss the Iberian pig cheeks, sensational. Bruschetta with goats cheese, Pistachio and honey was superb, also loved the octopus.
A beautiful little place where we enjoyed dinner for four (outside dining) which was so good my husband and I returned for lunch another day. Gazpacho soup, goat cheese bruschetta, ham croquettes and Iberian jamon - all delicious. Excellent wine list too! Perfect for sharing tapas with larger plates for bigger appetites. Reservation recommended. Cash only.
Pork cheeks!! Enough said...they were outstanding! Wines were great and each meal we had was delicious. We tried a variety of dishes and enjoyed most of them. Another winner was the chevre, and honey bruschetta. Dessert was very good too. Be sure to eat inside. It is small but beautiful and outside you are on a main street.
Fantastic food! Every plate of tapas was delicious. Great bottle of house white. Attentive and friendly service. Would highly recommend
